How do I contact Curtain Call?You can call Curtain Call during our normal business hours
at (412) 392-3313. You can also send an email to: Where are you located & what's your mailing address?Curtain Call is located in the same block as Heinz Hall, next to the 6th Street Garage. Our mailing address is 526 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. How do I know when I'll receive my order?An e-mail will be sent to you on the day your order is shipped. We ship via UPS Ground Service. You should receive your order within three to six days. What are your shipping charges?Our shipping charges are based on the price of the purchase. If your purchase is $25.00 or less, then the charge is $5.00. If your purchase is between $25.01 and $50.00, the shipping charge is $7.50. If your purchase is between $50.01 and $75.00, the shipping charge is $10.00. If your purchase is $75.01 or more, the shipping charge is $12.00. For any exceptionally oversized item, an additional shipping charge may be built into the price. If so, the additional cost is stated in the description of the product, but will not be imposed if you elect to pick up the product at our store. How do I return an order?We are happy to receive returns for any product that is unsatisfactory. Simply return the product to Curtain Call with your receipt. We cannot credit your credit card without the receipt. You will be credited only for the cost of the returned item, and not the shipping charges. You can send all returns to Curtain Call, c/o Returns, 526 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Curtain Call is not responsible for return shipping charges. Can I order a gift and have it sent to a different address?Yes! When purchasing your items, you'll be given an option to specify different billing and shipping addresses. If you do, then the receipt will be sent to your billing address, and the gift will be sent to your billng address. Can I order online but pick up my purchase at the store?Yes! When purchasing your items, you can specify to pick up the item at the store. If so, you will not be charged a shipping fee. Can I order a gift certificate?Yes! However, we do not currently offer gift certficates on-line. Please call Curtain Call at (412) 392-3313 to order a gift certificate. Gift certificates are available in denominations of $10, $25, and $50. Gift certificates may only be used in Curtain Call, and may not be used for performance tickets. I'm looking for a recording by.....do you know if it exists?We'd be happy to look for that special recording for you. Please send an e-mail to Curtain_Call@pittsburghsymphony.org with your request. How can I order tickets for a performance at Heinz Hall?Tickets are available on-line through the Pittsburgh Symphony web site: www.pittsburghsymphony.org Is my personal data kept secure and private?This web site is certified by a Verisign Secure Server ID. All of your personal data is secure. As an added measure, your credit card information is deleted from all of our databases once your order has been shipped. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Privacy Policy: Your contact information will not be sold or distributed to any other organization, and will be used only for purposes related to Curtain Call. You will not be added to any e-mail distribution lists unless you choose to sign up for e-Notes, the Pittsburgh Symphony e-mail newsletter.
