Celebrate Women’s History Month with an evening of music and poetry exploring the unique journeys of several accomplished female artists.. Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra musicians Lorna McGhee, principal flute, and Anne Martindale Williams, principal cello, will present works by composers Katherine Hoover and Valerie Coleman. Costura Creative founder Eloisa Amezcua and Chatham University literary professor Heather McNaugher will complement the evening with original poetry reflecting on the program’s theme. Hosted by PSO Associate Conductor Andrés Franco, the evening will include artist interviews, panel discussion, and audience Q&A.
