About This Performance

Korean violin prodigy Ye-Eun Choi, whose talent was recognized and championed by violin superstar Anne-Sophie Mutter, performs one of Vivaldi's most famous pieces – The Four Seasons.  The four concerti of this popular Baroque work represent spring, summer, autumn and winter.  For the second half of the program, conductor Nicholas McGegan presents musical gems from the classical period by Mozart and Haydn.
