In Honor of Service works with the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System to provide therapeutic experiences for local veterans using live music. Pittsburgh Symphony musicians collaborate closely with VA music therapists to deliver highly impactful experiences that address a variety of health challenges including dementia, suicide prevention, and palliative care.
