- Accessible seating locations with companion seats: If a wheelchair location is desired, please notify the ticket service representative at the time of purchase. This will help us ensure that the fixed seat can be removed prior to your arrival at the theater.

- Guide dogs are gladly accommodated at all events. Please inquire when buying tickets.
- Braille programs are available at the concierge desk for all BNY Mellon Grand Classics and PNC Pops performances.
- Large print photo copies of all BNY Mellon Grand Classics, PNC Pops, and Fiddlesticks Family Series program books are available at the concierge desk.
- Portable FM assistive listening devices are available at all events. Please ask an usher for assistance when you arrive.
- Sign language interpretation is available for any event upon request.
- Sensory-friendly performances are scheduled occasionally.
