PSO Passport
Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective for the 2026–27 Season | Pilot Program
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of PSO Passport, the monthly ticket membership program offered by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (“PSO,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling in PSO Passport, you (“Member”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Program Overview
PSO Passport is a monthly membership that gives you access to reserve discounted tickets to PSO performances on an ongoing basis, in place of a traditional fixed subscription package. Your monthly membership fee does not include tickets, it gives you the right to reserve eligible performances at the discounted Member ticket price described below, subject to availability.
PSO Passport is being offered as a limited pilot program for the 2026–27 season, with a limited number of memberships available. PSO reserves the right to modify enrollment availability, benefits, or program structure for future seasons.
2. Membership Levels & Pricing
PSO Passport

PSO may, from time to time, offer reciprocal ticket access with partner presenters or venues. Any such reciprocal benefits will be described separately and are subject to the partner organization’s own availability and terms.
4. Enrollment & Initial Commitment
Enrollment is completed online at pittsburghsymphony.org or by calling the PSO Ticket Office. To ensure your membership benefits are applied correctly, all enrollments must be processed through PSO’s official channels.
- Minimum term: PSO Passport requires a minimum initial commitment of 90 days (3 monthly billing cycles) from the date your first payment is charged. Your membership will continue on a monthly basis after the initial 90-day period until cancelled.
- Auto-renewal: Your membership fee is billed automatically each month to the payment method on file until you cancel in accordance with Section 6. You will receive an email reminder in advance of each monthly charge and a receipt after each charge.
- Login required: You must be logged into your PSO account to view and receive your Member ticket pricing when reserving tickets online.
5. Reserving & Using Tickets
- Ticket reservations open to Passport Members once single tickets go on sale to the general public, or during select advance presale windows offered to Members. This ensures Subscribers retain priority seating selection.
- You may reserve tickets online, through the PSO app, or by calling the Ticket Office.
- Within your membership level’s eligible price levels/sections, you may choose your own specific seats, subject to availability.
- Tickets are delivered exclusively through the PSO mobile app. You will need to download and use the app to access and present your tickets at the venue.
- You must be an active, current Passport Member at the time of the performance for a reserved ticket to be valid. If your membership is cancelled or lapses before a performance date, any tickets reserved for that performance (and any performance after your final paid membership month) will be voided.
- PSO may ask you to present valid photo identification matching your Passport account details when redeeming tickets.
6. Cancellation
- After your 90-day initial commitment has been satisfied, you may cancel your membership at any time by calling the PSO Ticket Office or by submitting a cancellation request through the online member portal.
- Cancellation requests may take up to 3 business days to process.
- Your membership benefits remain valid through the end of the last month for which you were charged.
- Upon cancellation, any tickets reserved for performances occurring after your final paid membership month will be forfeited and voided. Tickets already redeemed for performances within your paid membership period are unaffected.
- If you cancel before completing the 90-day initial commitment, you remain responsible for the remaining payments due within that initial period.
7. Refunds & Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly and, as a general rule, are non-refundable and not prorated for partial months. If you contact us on the day of your monthly renewal charge, or within a few days after, we may offer a courtesy refund of that most recent payment at PSO’s discretion; this is not guaranteed for later requests.
If a scheduled payment is declined, you will be notified automatically and given an opportunity to update your payment method. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership and associated benefits.
Changing membership levels: PSO Passport and PSO Passport Premium are separate membership plans. To move from one level to the other, you must cancel your current membership and enroll in the new level; the two cannot be changed mid-cycle. Standard cancellation terms in Section 6 apply to your existing membership when you do so.
8. Program Changes
PSO Passport is being offered as a pilot program and its availability, pricing, included performances, and benefits may be modified, expanded, or discontinued by PSO at its discretion, including between seasons. PSO will make reasonable efforts to notify current Members in advance of any material change affecting their membership.
9. Eligibility, Conduct & Account Use
- A PSO Passport membership is intended for individual use by the enrolled Member and may not be resold, shared as a source of tickets for commercial resale, or transferred, except for the guest passes and benefits expressly described in Section 3.
- Discounted teacher pricing requires appropriate verification and is subject to periodic confirmation.
- PSO reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership found to be in violation of these Terms, including fraudulent use, chargebacks, or misuse of Member ticket pricing.
10. Contact & Questions
For questions about your PSO Passport membership, ticket reservations, billing, or cancellation, please contact the PSO Ticket Office by phone or through the online member portal at pittsburghsymphony.org.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of any renewal charge will govern that renewal period. Continued use of your membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
