How do I log into my Front Row account?

First, access the Front Row platform here. If you are a returning user, login with your email address and password. If you are a new user and you have an existing PSO / Cultural Trust login, you may use that to log in. If you are a new user and do not have an existing PSO / Cultural Trust login or are unsure, click "Sign up now" to create an account. Once completed, you will be able to seamlessly access Front Row.

Can I use my existing PSO / Cultural Trust login?

What is the pricing for each concert?

Concerts that air after March 13th are $15. Previously released Front Row episodes are free.

How long will I have access to each concert?

Concerts that air after March 13th are available for one week after the release date. Previously released Front Row episodes are available for 6 months after the original air date.

Do subscribers and donors have any benefits?

Current subscribers (Classical, Pops, and Fiddlesticks) and donors (Concerto Club level and above) have unlocked, free access to the Backstage Pass section of the platform. If you are a subscriber or donor and are not able to access this content for free, contact us or start a chat below.

What is the Backstage Pass?

The Backstage Pass includes exclusive, in-depth interviews with PSO musicians, staff, composers, conductors, and the Pittsburgh community. Each video is $1.25 or you can purchase the entire bundle for only $25 here. Current subscribers (Classical, Pops, and Fiddlesticks) and donors (Concerto Club level and above) have free access to this content.

I'm a subscriber/donor and I cannot access my free Backstage Pass content. What do I do?

To access your free Backstage Pass content, you must log in using your www.pittsburghsymphony.org account information. If you do not remember this information or are still not able to access this content, contact us or start a chat below.

How can I watch this on my TV?

While the Front Row platform is primarily available through your phone, laptop, or computer, there are ways to stream to your television.

  • HDMI cord: Plug your computer into your TV using an HDMI cord, and make the video full screen to watch at a larger scale.
  • Chromecast: If you have a Chromecast dongle, follow the instructions to cast to your TV.
  • Apple TV: If you have an Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV, follow the instructions to cast to your TV from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
